The ACLS Online Class utilizes simulation technology and scenario-based learning that is self-directed on your computer at home. The course covers all of the same material as the traditional classroom based ACLS class.

Same Day Certification Card! 

This course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens (BBP) training when paired with site-specific instruction.

The American Heart Association’s course uses the PACT acronym (Protect, Act, Clean, Tell) and slogan, “Make a PACT, Know How to Act,” to help students learn and easily recall bloodborne pathogens training. 

Students learn how to:

•  Protect themselves from exposure to bloodborne pathogens 

•  Act when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace

•  Clean themselves and the area when exposed to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace 

•  Tell or report any exposure to blood or blood-containing materials in the workplace

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive your completion certificate.  If you have a group of 6 or more we can make arrangements to come to you.

 

 

For healthcare providers needing basic rhythm recognition skills, including those preparing for ACLS.  This course is strongly recommended for successful completion of ACLS course.

 

Course Length: Approximately 4.5 hours

 

This course teaches:

  • Basic rhythm understanding

  • Common arrhythmias
  • Identifying and distinguishing various arrhythmias
